Prepare Workspace

Before injecting your all-in-one grow bag, ensure your workspace and tools are prepared and in place. Warm Liquid Culture Syringe to Room Temperature If the liquid culture syringe you plan to use is inside a fridge, take it out and set it somewhere at room temperature. Giving it time to warm up would allow the contents to distribute throughout the fluid better. Sanitization When the liquid culture reaches room temperature, begin sanitizing your area and tools to prevent contamination.

1. Hands: Put on plastic gloves and spray them with 70% alcohol.
2. Work Area: Spray your work area (countertop, glove box, flow hood, etc.) with 70% alcohol.
3. Syringe: Attach the needle to your syringe and be careful not to poke yourself. Use a lighter to burn the needle tip for 5 to 10 seconds or until the tip becomes red. Spray with alcohol or use an alcohol wipe before sitting it down.
4. All-In-One Bag: Wipe the injection port with an alcohol wipe, then spray the bag with 70% alcohol.

Allow your work area and tools to dry.
