Inject Bag

After your work area and tools have dried, it's time to inject your grow bag with your liquid culture.

Inject Liquid Culture

Grab your syringe and push it through the injection port. Quickly inject 2.5 to 5 ccs. The more you inject, the quicker the colonization time should be, which could lower contamination chances in theory. However, using less liquid culture per bag could increase your overall yield, but at a slower rate. So it's up to you which route to take.

After inoculating the bag, pull the top upwards to allow for more airflow.
