Air & Mist

It will now take the oyster mushroom a week or two to eat through toilet paper. During this time, your job will be to open the poly bag a few times daily to air it out. You'll also want to mist the sides of the bag if it seems dry. Avoid water pooling at the bottom of the bag, which could lead to contamination.

Misting the Poly Bag

If you miss a day of misting here and there, the roll should be fine.
